Delicious Venom ft Ly Vangsoua - 30 Years Secret, please only good Comment on this video no haters

Delicious Venom - “30-year Secret”
Lyrics:

(Tou Saiko)
Thirty years of war
Persecuted and scorned
Behind enemy lines
A small child is born
What will he live for
Fighting for the rest of his life
Gunshots, chemical bombs
Or sliced with a knife
Shrapnel within flesh
Children poisoned to death
Defend the villages
Soldiers killed in combat
A contract that’s been cracked
Splitt up, attacked
With no tracks
And they only fight back
For survival reasons
And they wish to the sky
For the will to keep breathing
The jungles are a prison
Scarred into our visions
Now I want you to listen
‘Cause our people have risen
Starving for any meal
They kept it concealed
Their blood spills
All over the rice fields
For real
A tragic massacre
Of tears and emotions
That can flood
The Mekong River
To be an ocean
Our people are suffering
And time is running out

(Knowstalgic)
I see my mother working late again
Father holding paper 10’s
Drama on the corner
We ignore but we relate to them
Stay within the circle
Representin every state we in
Penetrate the system
Now the prison wants to take us in
Listen to my elder folks
Cousin loves to sell his smoke
Sister’s in the kitchen
Cookin breakfast to the smell of smoke
Flea market weekends
Sleepin sixty minutes to two hours
Been working overtime
Ain’t had no time to take a shower
Family business slow
Still on the go
Blow for blow we slug it out
Against the winter and snow
Ever since existence
we have been survivors
Neglected
Never claimed a country
Just want to live and let live
Now its been thirty years
Since imprisonment in the jungle
For the Hmong
Remind your elders
And educate the young
Laotian government, genocide
Human rights and violation
Clock is running down
To total annihilation
Lift a finger now
Stop procrastinating
Save a child, save a mother
Throw your clock and watch away
The time is now
Stop searching for time
Time is running out
Stop searching for time
The time is now

(Ly Vangsoua)
Don’t let our people die, save our people,
Save our people, go…
Listen to their cries, voices of Sorrow,

(Doua Vang)
Another dying relative
Sleepin life away like a sedative
Death is interactive
Don’t it make you feel relative
Children feelin negative
Repetitive survival mode
Spirits from the old
Neglected perspective shows
If we let it
The mind stays infected so..
Memories repress it
Mothers fetuses die
Hold your chin high
Let the wind dry your eyes
Here we go
Levitate, aggravate, penetrate
Let em hate
Escalate what you know
Mental state gotta grow
System teach you to fear
Being bold
Hmong people on the go
Dying slow so..
Do the math with me
Subtract morality, add fatality
Divide broken pride
Equals America lied
Tears blur our visions
So we listen to the violence
She could be the silence
Or the sirens
Divide in corner streets
Fight for the air we breathe
Tears we see
Families we grieve
This is disgusting
Must it
Wipe a life or two
Fallen soldiers yesterday’s news
Father’s in the grave
Nobody left to fill his shoes

(Tou Saiko & Knowstalgic)
Wake up to gun shots!
Silence is just a dream
Wake up to gun shots!
Silence is just a dream
Wake up to gun shots!
Silence is just a dream
Wake up to gun shots!
Silence is just a dream

Podiatrist in North Texas - Diabetic Foot Care

Category: dollhouse shoes – Author: Tom Johnson – 2:30 pm

DIABETIC FOOT CARE TIPS:

The most common reason diabetics are hospitalized in the United States is foot infections. I know thats hard to believe, but true. Diabetes can be dangerous and devastating to your feet. The most common causes of these foot infections are improperly cut toenails and poorly fitting shoes. Yes, something as simple as a visit to the podiatrist to have your toenails cut and shoes custom fitted can avoid many amputations. Add poor circulation and lack of feeling known as peripheral neuropathy, and you have the prescription for disaster for diabetic feet.

What is a diabetic to do to protect their feet from a sore that can lead to infection and amputation?

1. Inspect your feet daily. If you cant see your feet, have someone else look at them every day for redness, cuts, swelling, blisters, bruising, or nail problems.

2. Wash your feet daily. Sounds simple, but many people do not bathe their feet daily. Make sure to clean in between your toes and dry them thoroughly.

3. Moisturize your feet daily. Again, a simple habit to get in to, yet most people fail to upkeep their skin every day. Diabetes can cause very dry, flaky skin, so extra moisture is needed.

4. Cut nails carefully, and straight across. If you can see and reach your toes, be careful to cut your toenails carefully, taking time not to nick yourself or cu them too short. When in doubt, visit Healthy Steps Pedicure salon for a therapeutic medically supervised pedicure or see the podiatrist at least every 10 weeks.

5. Never trim corns and calluses. And absolutely no corn or callus remover! The package says, dont use if you are diabetic for a reason. Have the podiatrist trim them when they are thickened or red.

6. Wear clean, dry socks. And change them daily..

7. Avoid tight or bulky socks. Tight socks can reduce circulation to you feet and bulky socks can bunch up and cause a blister or sore.

8. Wear socks to bed. If your feet are cold, wear clean socks to be. Never use a heating pad or hot water bottle, you can burn yourself before you realize it!

9. Shake out your shoes and inspect them before you put them on. I have taken everything from a pebble, piece of basket and a doll house chair out of the bottom of diabetic feet after they walked on them all day. Easy thing to avoid!

10. Keep your feet clean and dry. No puddle splashing or snow drifts for your feet!

11. Never, never, never go barefoot. Not even at home on carpet. You can step on something easily and get an infected puncture wound.

12. Take care of your diabetes! Multiple studies have shown the complications of diabetes can be diminished by keeping your sugars under control. Keep that HgA1c under 6 if you can. Work with your doctor and nutritionist for optimal care.

13. Dont Smoke! Stop smoking if you do. Ever cigarette decreases the circulation to your feet and increases your chance of a non-healing wound.

14. Get periodic foot exams. The recommendations are to have a foot exam at least once a year by your doctor and more frequently if you have neuropathy, a foot deformity, poor circulation, or have had a history of a foot ulcer.

Diabetes can be lifes annoyance or it can kill you. It is your choice!
Take care of your feet so they will carry you for a lifetime.

Your Thoughts Can Alter Your Health

Category: delicious shoes – Author: Tom Johnson – 11:40 pm

Your thoughts have a lot to do with nutrition and your attitude to what you eat. Let’s have a look at how your thoughts can influence you with regard to nutrition, taste and health concerns:

Repeating thoughts, whether consciously or not can make you believe them to be factual, whether true or false. If your mother told you that it’s unhealthy to drink wine with your meal, that notion may remain with you the rest of your life.

Whether true or false, the ‘wisdom’ of your teachers must constantly be challenged as new nutritional discoveries are made.

“Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat..” (Luke 12:22) The Lord is your Provider. He does not want you to worry and fear.

It is good to take time to be quiet and meditate on the Word of God. Listen to the still voice and follow your instincts when buying food. They’re usually good.

Check how you express yourself. For instance, do you say things like “I’d die for it,” “these shoes are killing me?” Maybe you express that you hate spinach or that you wouldn’t touch squash with a ten-foot pole.

Every time you say such things, you confirm your thoughts about that food and can ‘taste’ it in your mind the way you think you remember it from long ago. Some people have such preconceived ideas - maybe based on one less than tasty experience - that they refuse to ever re-discover certain foods.

Words are powerful! Consider this: God spoke the universe into being! His Word is all powerful. It is the implementation of His thoughts. We speak substance to our thoughts! When we speak negatively, whether in jest or a common expression, we give power to those words as we declare them as truth.

Conversely, as we learn to declare our wishes and needs out loud, they will manifest themselves! The more we speak good things over our lives, the more we believe them and they will come true!

How do you react when you hear a bad report on the news? The media may ‘warn’ that “everyone who does not get the ‘flu shot will be seriously ill and chances are blah, blah, blah,” Those are all spoken words!

You can choose not to entertain all the negative news coming your way! Instead, make a conscious choice to replace it with positive thoughts and words. You can direct your destiny with how you think and what you say!

The more open your mind is to trying new things that you know are good for your health, the more your attitude will change and your taste buds will follow!

The Dutch have an expression stating that whatever food a farmer is not familiar with, he does not like. In other words, if he’s never tried it, he has already condemned it in his mind by assuming he won’t like it and therefore won’t even try it!

How about you? Are you willing to try new things for the benefits they can supply to your body? Or, would you try ‘wrapping’ some of the vegies you’re not very fond of in new recipes? When etiquette demanded that I at least try something I did not like at someone else’s home, I very often discovered it was actually delicious! Why? Well different spices or sauces along with a graceful setting and good company can make all the difference.

Enjoy God’s ample variety of deliciously nutritious provision to keep your body functioning at optimum health!

Playoffs WK15: Sit or Start for WR and RB?

Category: betts shoes – Author: Tom Johnson – 11:45 pm

I'm the #1 seed and in the semi-finals of the playoffs.

For RB I've used Betts and Bell as of late, but seems like Morris is coming on strong and going against a weak Buf defense.
Need to pick 2 RB out of:
Ladell Betts @NO, Tatum Bell @Ari, Sammy Morris @Buf, C. Houston @Min, L. Washington @Min, Artose Pinner vsNYJ.

For WRs, Burress and Driver are my shoe-ins. Jurevicius seems to be hot as of late, but going against Baltimore Defense.
Need to pick 2 WR out of:
Joe Jurevicius @Bal, Kevin Curtis @Oak, Eric Parker vsKC, S. Holmes @Car
Just added D.J. Hackett to my roster. He's another WR you can choose from.

I'm in the same position you are in, but wow your WR are not very good, no offense.

RB, Betts is carrying the ball a lot, meaning more attempts. Never pick a Denver RB because they change every week.
