High heels?

i am 13 and i L-O-V-E heels but i have a flat foot..so when i wear hells it hurts my foot and back…i tried wearing arche supports in my shoes but they don’t work….what can i doo?
this happens even if i were i short heel
I went to the doctor and she said to get arche supports and i got them and they dont work…and i cant give up my heels, they r to cute to give up

have you tried those gel inserts to put in your shoe?

    Try cushioned heels…?
    Or go to the doctor (or feet specialist lol) to sort out something to make ‘em comfy.

    btw 13 is quite young…
    flat shoes can look hot too!

  7. go to the "Good Feet Store", the claim they can help, but if that doesnt work, when u go to buys another pair, talk to the sales lady or guy bout your flat foot, and who knows, they might be able to help!!

  9. wear them more and you’ll get use to it. Try open toe heels and those made of soft material. Also, wear heels that not higher than 2 in then work it up when you get use to it.

  10. Hey!
    I wear heels a lot so I know that they can take time to get used to. If you have a low arch (flat foot) then I think there are exercises you can do to strengthen your arch. Do you wear sneakers and flipflops a lot? Sometimes people who wear shoes with no support have arch problems.
